Shipping
Delivery
We will always try to get your order to you as soon as possible. Due to the unique nature of some of the items on sicocreative, each order may take a little longer to get to you. We do aim to get each delivery out within no more than 21 working days.
Postage
Delivery in the UK is free using the standard mail services. For shipping outside of the UK, a standard fee will need to be made payable in order to cover the additional costs. The calculated costs will be able to be viewed at the check-out.
In the unfortunate and rare circumstances of an item being lost in the post our claim Royal Mail can only be made after 30 days of the dispatch date. As soon as compensation has been received from Royal Mail your money will be refunded to you for the lost item.
International Shipping Methods and Customs Details
When it comes to your own country's specific laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties then, as the purchaser, you are completely responsible for compliance.
sicocreative cannot accept returns that are a result of a refusal by the recipient to pay any of these fees.
sicocreative cannot be held responsible for any package that may be held up or refused in Customs.
