Returns
Refunds and Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase then you can exchange it or a full refund may be given as long as it is returned in the condition it was sent out. upon its return. However, the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of the mail return.
All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
All return queries must be made firstly to info@sicocreative.com.
How to Make a Return
Please make sure you return the item in appropriately robust and protective packaging.
We cannot be responsible for stuff that's damaged on the way back to us. Once we've received your package we will send you an email to confirm.
